Delete your Pindela account
You can permanently delete your Pindela account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.
Delete it in the app
Open Pindela, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm with your username or email. Your account is deleted immediately.
Can't access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to Show email address…. We'll verify and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in identifier, email and name (where provided), username and avatar, posted challenges and photos, guesses and game activity, coarse last-known location, and pins balance are permanently removed.
What we keep
We retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep — such as purchase and tax records — for the period the law requires, plus anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Purchase receipts are held by Apple or Google, not by us.
How long it takes
Deletion from our live systems is immediate; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
